Engagé dans le championnat des clubs caribéens de la CONCACAF (CFU), ce vendredi 14 Mai, Wilfrid Montilas, entraîneur de l’AS Cavaly, a dévoilé la liste des 20 joueurs retenus pour disputer la compétition.

Avant leur départ pour la République Dominicaine, l’effectif du Cavaly devait subir des tests de dépistage requis par la Concacaf. Malheureusement, André Amy, le goleador léoganais, ne fera pas le voyage avec le cheval rouge. Selon les résultats des test effectués, il est révélé que l’un des tests du troisième meilleur buteur de l’histoire du Championnat haïtien de football a été positif.

« L’attaquant André AMY – troisième meilleur buteur  de l’histoire du Championnat National -manquera le voyage en terre voisine pour disputer la CFU avec le Cheval Rouge » a annoncé l’unité de communication du Cavaly dans un bref communiqué via sa page Facebook sans donner plus de détails. De surcroît, le Cavaly ne pourra pas compter sur les services du colombien José Edouardo Machado Córdoba dans cette compétition puisque lui aussi ne fera pas le voyage avec l’équipe.
