L’Ouverture de la deuxième phase du Championnat National de D1 repoussée à une autre date.
Initialement prévue pour ce weekend (27 et 28 février), l’ouverture de la série de clôture du championnat national de première division à été repoussée par la Commission d’Organisation du Championnat Haïtien du Football Professionnel (COCHAFOP) au 13 mars prochain. Si jusque-là certaines équipes ont déjà repris le terrain, cette décision – sans aucun doute – serait très bénéfique pour certaines.
Alors que l’incertitude planait sur la tenue du lancement de la deuxième partie de la saison à cause de la précarité en matière de sécurité face à laquelle le pays se confronte, à seulement quelques jours de la date prévue, la Fédération Haïtienne de Football (FHF) dans une note portant la signature de son secrétaire général, M. Carlo Marcelin, annonce aux dirigeants que le lancement de la deuxième partie de la saison a été reporté au 13 Mars prochain. Cependant, aucun motif valable ne justifie le report de ce lancement.
Par ailleurs, la FHF tient à rappeler aux clubs affiliés de respecter la date du 1e Mars considérée comme date butoir poour la fermeture de la deuxième période de mutation des joueurs, subséquemment la licence de ces derniers ne sera pas validée par la FHF.
Dans la note, la FHF précise qu’un calendrier de rencontres avec le Comité de normalisation leur sera communiqué. Si la date du lancement de la série de clôture est désormais connue, il reste toutefois à savoir si tout se passera comme prévu.
